1 DAIRY POWDER S FOR ALL NEEDS Our range of milk powders includes all types of Spray Dried Dairy powders through to whey derivatives and proteins. All milk powders offer excellent sources of nutrition and functionality. Depending on your requirements, we can supply milk powders to offer a range of different key properties, to meet customer need. These can include flowability, dispersibility, reduced dustiness, decreased bulk density, improved wettability and other specification options. The CMP team is always on-hand to discuss your products and applications. All of our Dairy Ingredient powders are sourced from certificated UK and EU approved Dairy processing sites and available in, typically 25kg and Bulk bag packaging formats. Skimmed Milk Powder(SMP) Medium Heat, Low Heat, High Heat, High Heat, Heat Stable, Organic Semi Instant, Vitaminised, 26% vegetable fat filled. 2 INDUSTRY LEADING LIQUID DAIRY INGREDIENTS (UK AND EU SOURCED) Being one of the leading liquid dairy product suppliers in the UK and Europe, County Milk is proud to work with some fantastic farmers, creameries and dairy processors. County Milk has its own factories processing raw milk supplied direct from its own farmer partners into a variety of dairy ingredients some of which are detailed below. Please note that we can supply anything dairy and therefore the list below is not all we can supply. By having our own factories CMP can supply bespoke and fully traceable dairy ingredients from cow to customer. With upwards of 25 years experience supplying liquid dairy products, you can trust the County Milk team to provide exactly what you need when you need it. Our core selection of liquid dairy ingredients are all intended for further processing and are delivered chilled, in bulk tankers of typically 25,000 to 28,000 litres. Unpasteurised ex Farm Milk Sourced mostly from our own contracted Red Tractor certified producers but also available with the provenance of Organic, English, Scottish, Welsh, West Country etc designation. Further processing into liquid sales or manufactured into powders, butters or cheeses Skimmed Milk Sourced from our own processing/approved supplier sites. Typically, 9% total solids. Further processing into liquid sales or powder Sheep Milk Sourced from approved suppliers across Europe Specialist cheese making / processing Goat Milk Sourced from approved suppliers across Europe Specialist cheese making / processing Concentrates: Skimmed Milk Buttermilk Whey Whey Permeate Sourced mostly from our own processing sites. Typically evaporated to 35-37% total solids Further processing mainly into powder formulations Fresh Cream Sourced from our own processing / approved supplier sites. Typically, 40% fat. Processing into butter, product Sweetened Condensed Milk (SCSM) Sourced from approved suppliers across Europe. Skimmed milk concentrated with the addition of sugar. Typically, 72.5% total solids. Available in pallecons. Confectionery, sweet sauces, cereal bars and desserts.

3 BUTTER / YELLOW FAT SOLUTIONS BY CMP We supply Yellow fats to many food manufacturers in the UK and Europe. They are vital ingredients for many products and some of the more common applications include cakes, laminated pastries, ice creams, sauces and soups. The flavour and performance of Butter against alternatives, makes it unique. County Milk Products is a leading supplier of Creamery butter, made from pasteurised fresh cream, which is then aged and churned. We use cream of the highest quality, sourced from certificated UK and EU approved Dairy processing sites and available in typically 25kg cartons. Delivery is from Chilled, Tempered or Frozen conditions to customer requirements. AMF/Butteroil can be packed in pails, boxes or Bulk tankers. Ghee is packed in branded 500g,1kg, 2kg cans, or 25kg cartons. Sweet Cream Butter Churned from fresh cream in our processing facilities/eu approved suppliers - with/without typically salt addition. Bakery Patisserie Lactic Butter Cultured butter made from milk, fermented with lactic acid producing starter bacteria, to give a mild but unique flavour. Morning goods Whey Butter Butter made from cream skimmed from cheese whey, having higher acidity and stronger flavour than sweet cream. Processed Cheese Lactose Refined low sweetness Carbohydrate refined from Cheese Whey Beverages, Nutrition, Tablets, Vending, Butteroil Anhydrous Milk Fat(AMF) Butteroil Further separation of butter fat from cream and moisture removal to give min 99.8% fat. Clean Dairy flavour. Made from Butter or Cream to give min 99.6% fat and Buttery notes. Ice Cream, Bakery Confectionery Ghee Made from Cream / Butter, with possible addition of Ethyl Butyrate to give stronger flavours.
