Fufeng Group takes the up-date advanced technology to make our gellan gum- AF to have more advantages as below: Excellent heat stability In the air freshener, the gellan gum -AF forms gels at very low use level at around 0.5~1.0%, it can also be combined with other hydrocolloids to decrease the gellan gum dosage further. 20kg per drum with double pp bag inner, all packing materials are all comply Fufeng group produces the gellan gum-af according to ISO , Kosher and Halal approved.

Fufeng Group takes the up-date advanced technology to make our gellan gum- WG to have more advantages as below: Good gel strength Excellent heat stability In the jelly and other water gelling products, the recommended dosage is around 0.06~0.6%, it can also be combined with other hydrocolloids to decrease the gellan gum dosage further. 25kg per drum with double pp bag inner, all packing materials are all comply Fufeng group produce the gellan gum AF according to ISO , Kosher and Halal approved.

Fufeng Group gellan gum- FG has more advantages as below: Faster suspending time Outstanding flavor release Excellent acid / heat stability In the fruit suspending or other insoluble particles, the recommended adding dosage is around 0.012~0.03%, it can also be combined with other hydrocolloids to decrease the gellan gum dosage further. 20kg per drum with double pp bag inner, all packing materials are all comply Fufeng group produce the gellan gum AF according to ISO , Kosher and Halal approved.
