City communications are excellent and access from Marrakech s Airport and Railway Station is very quick (10 mn). The Moroccan design and construction quality emerge from each and every detail of the building. This setting of such great character becomes the most adequate to develop activities as conventions, congresses, assemblies, presentations, debates or concerts; the advanced technologies are the secret of its versatility. The entire capacity it s up to 900 people, comfortably seated, both with optimum view of the stage from all angles. It also has a reserved area for people with disabilities. The large extent of the lobby is very useful for accommodating exhibitions and very adequate for offering catering services during pauses or closing ceremonies of these events, in a modern space. 9
