3 Welcome Dear Sponsors and Exhibitors, On Friday 30/ SECEC hosts a symposium on elbow traumatology in Copenhagen with participation of the leading elbow surgeons in Europe as faculty. The venue is Hotel Scandic Kødbyen, a brand new 4 star business Hotel. We expect participation of orthopedic surgeons from Scandinavia and Europe with a focus on traumatologists and shoulder and elbow surgeons. We expect > 200 participants and a European faculty counting 15 well known elbow surgeons. The symposium will run from 0800 in the morning to 1900 in the evening. We attach the proposed program with significant breaks in the morning, lunch and afternoon. We plan to have an Industry exhibition in the room were coffee and lunch will be served. We hope you and your company will participate as exhibitors and/or sponsors in order to meet active Scandinavian and European elbow surgeons and increase the orthopedic and scientific value of the course. We hope to see you in Copenhagen in the autumn In the following weekend - 31 August - 1 September - we will host the closed SECEC meeting in the same location, for members of SECEC only. Traditionally this part of the meeting has no Industry participation. We expect > 250 participants for this part of the meeting. The hotel is placed in the former meatpacking district of Copenhagen, which is now a hipster dine-out area with bars and good restaurants. 7 Exhibition The congress and exhibition will take place in the conference lobby of Scandic Kødbyen. All catering breaks will take place within the exhibition area. The Exhibition is being sold as floor space only. If you require any additional exhibition items (furniture, light, audio-visuals, flowers etc.) please refer to the Exhibitors Manual. Exhibitor registration The Exhibitor Registration entitles to: Free access to the exhibition area 1 free copy of the Final Programme Lunch, coffee & tea during breaks Additional Exhibitor registrations can be purchased for DKK VAT. Allocation of exhibition space Space allocation will be made on a first come first served basis. A completed exhibition booking form and contract should be returned to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the exhibition booking form and contract, space will be confirmed and an invoice ed. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received. 7

Sponsor to provide congress bags at own cost (branding to be approved by the Organizing Secretariat) Insert in Congress Bags The insert, either one page A4 or an A5 flyer or a giveaway item, should be provided by sponsor and must be approved by the Organizing Secretariat. Inserts must arrive at the conference venue by an agreed date (to be defined) in order to be packed in the congress bags prior to the congress. Lanyards This sponsorship gives you the opportunity to be at the forefront of the delegate s minds as they are required to wear their badge throughout the entire congress.
