If you re looking for lasting change you need to: Address your before the! 3. There s a big broad spectrum for where people are on the clutter scale. On the one hand they just want to have friends over for a BBQ, but are too embarrassed with all the clutter. On the other end of the spectrum there s the people who say, my home is so dysfunctional that I can t use my bathroom or kitchen and I have to walk through narrow goat paths just to get from room-to-room. They want a full lifestyle makeover so they can feel ALIVE and start living again! MoJo Exercise: Ask yourself Where are you on the spectrum? 4. Circle which of the reasons why (a.k.a., Clutter-Fee Blockers ) you can t let go of your things: Overwhelm, Indecision, Procrastination, Perfection, Internal Conflict, Self-Judgment and Criticism, Grief, Emotional Booby-Traps, Can t Say NO Without Guilt, and a Perceived Negative Identity. 5. [Unscramble the words in bold] Albert Einstein said, We cannot solve our bsermpol with the same thinking we used when we created them. You need to have someone help you make those Inner Game changes. 6. Science has proven that your brain has the ability to make adjustments and changes. That s called. We can change the way we think with some simple tools and strategies. It doesn t have to be so painful and hard. We can change our thinking in just a few weeks, and that change is permanent and lasting. That s working on your Inner Game and that s where the magic happens. 7. Harvard research and studies on positive psychology have proven that we can re-wire our brain faster, by focusing on what we instead of what we want.

So when you repeatedly think of negative thoughts, you are ingraining more of what you don t want, when you focus on the problem instead of the solution. So when you fire and wire VPSEIOIT thoughts you create a new network or neurons that serve you instead of sabotage you, which result in more happiness, health and living clutter-free! 9. MoJo Exercise: So now ask yourself: a) Why is it a must NOW to live clutter-free? (not a should do this, it is a MUST do this!) b) Do I deserve to live in a clutter-free home and have a clutter-free life? Circle: Yes/No. c) Am I modeling my parents behaviors by cluttering? (Depression Era) Circle: Yes/No. d) Am I living in the fear of not having enough? (Scarcity mindset vs. Abundance mindset and attracting even more scarcity.) Circle: Yes/No. e) How would it feel to live clutter-free? (Peaceful, Happier, Confident, Healthier?) f) Do I want to release my family from the burden of my clutter and create a legacy of Peace, Joy and Love, instead of chaotic clutter and mess? Circle: Yes/No. g) Do I want to come home to a peaceful sanctuary instead of a cluttered home? Circle: Yes/No. h) Do I want to use and find items quickly when I m working on something? Circle: Yes/No. 10. Are you ready to say: I m open to new possibilities for my life. Circle: Yes/No 11. Clutter equals, so once you re-wire and retrain your brain, all that clutter that you ve been living in, is no longer with your new identity and your new positive vibration. So what happens is you are powerfully motivated to declutter your home! 12. The reason so many people fail is because traditional Psychologists focus on the (which is the clutter), while we focus on the (which is the mindset). This cutting edge approach proves that the old traditional method keeps you stuck, and those neurons keep firing & wiring together, that is why this antiquated model doesn t work; and that is also why so many people deal with depression even after years of therapy. 13. 4 14. The 5-Step D.A.N.C.E to Clutter-Free Mastery: 1- The first step is to Ditch Depression: Depression due to life challenges and trauma is a common trigger and a root cause for clutter to amass. We teach you how you (unknowingly) are doing depression and we give you PROVEN steps on how to STOP doing depression so you can unleash yourself from the chains of those past traumas and the depression that has been anchoring you to the items in your home. The 4 steps to Ditch Depression, are to change: your physiology, language, focus and meaning. Just by doing those 4 adjustments, you immediately shift to a positive empowered state and biochemically command your brain to shift from the Dark Side to the MoJo Force for Good. 2- The second step is to Annihilate Anxiety: You ll learn specific steps to easily TRANSITION from anxiety, overwhelm, indecision, procrastination and perfectionism TO peace, empowerment, balance, and fulfillment, giving you the POWER and confidence to declutter your home and mind. Clutter is all about control and holding onto things so you re prepared for the what if I need it future world, but this preparedness steals away your peace and joy that only is available to you in the present. Hint: % of your thoughts throughout the day are generated from your subconscious mind developed by age 7, which you are not even aware of. So most of us are walking around on autopilot. When we re taught how to be mindful, we re % in control of which thoughts we choose, but most of us routinely and unknowingly default to the negative! In fact, % of our thoughts are negative due to our primitive brain that is designed for surviving instead of thriving. So learn how to take back your power and choose your thoughts so they serve you instead of sabotage you! 18. Bottom line is that changing your and will be your go-to strategy for giving you the freedom you ve been looking for. So, commit to getting it right this time List below 5 things you will be able to do with your newly created clutter-free mind and home: 19. WARNING: Follow through seems to be the place that causes the most anxiety and self-blame for people who have clutter. So it s critical that people with clutter have a support network to strengthen their weaknesses, such as lack of follow-through and accountability.
