3 Introduction to HeadSpace HeadSpace is an events company that specialises in employee wellness and corporate events. We provide a one stop shop to corporate clients across South Africa who are looking for a reliable and professional service solution at an affordable price. HeadSpace is co-owned by two serial entrepreneurs, Jacques Venter and Tiana Conradie, who are passionate about people and improving the health and well-being of employees nationwide. Jacques is a qualified Reflexologist and Cranio Sacral Therapist and Tiana a qualified graphic designer and passionate photographer. HeadSpace was founded in 2011 and today it is the number one provider when it comes to employee wellness. HeadSpace prides itself on ONLY using registered professionals in order to guarantee reliability, professionalism and quality. Tiana and Jacques, both have a great respect and love for people and their goal is that every employee in South Africa is educated in personal wellness as well as given the opportunity to great healthcare in the workplace. HeadSpace specialises in employee wellness and managing corporate wellness events but have a lot of experience in organizing team buildings, year-end functions and charity events on behalf of our clients. The HeadSpace team consists of highly skilled professionals and will make sure that every event, wellness day and service is aimed at providing the corporate client with a voice and improving the health, education, productivity and retention of the employees in the workplace. 8 key Services Live Blood Analysis / 15 min pp Through a finger prick, a drop of blood is taken from the employee s finger and analysed under the microscope. You have a life view of you blood on screen and our specialist will analyse your blood, explain what you are seeing on screen in your blood and give recommendations regarding lifestyle and maintenance. We are able to pick up many things through this analysis such as: Acidity/Alkalinity, Adrenal Exhaustion, Anaemia, Allergies, Arterial Sclerosis, Candida (yeast) infections, Clotting dysfunction, Dehydration, Digestive problems - leaky gut syndrome, Gout, Immune System Function, Liver Stress, Toxicity, Nutritional Deficiencies and White blood cell increase/decrease. 6

9 Iridology / 20 min pp Our Iridologist assesses structure and color variations, as well as markings that occur in the colored part of the eye. The iridology assessment provides information about the root causes of ailments, strengths and weaknesses of all organ systems and tissues within the body, as well as genetic inherited disease patterns. So it provides information about the overall state of health. It also provides information about the status of vital processes in the body - both disease causing (e.g. poor waste clearance) and health maintaining processes (e.g. blood circulation). It allows the practitioner to detect signs of biochemical and physiological needs and changes in the body before symptoms of disease appear. 7

10 key Services Reflexology Vacuflex Boots / 15 minutes pp Reflexology is a natural approach to facilitate the body s own healing potential. Reflexology aims to alleviate symptoms associated with disease. Reflexology works on pressure points found in the feet which are stimulated in order to activate the body s own healing potential. Through the sophistication of modern technology, we now incorporate the Vacuflex System which uses specially designed felt boots on the feet. The reflexes on the feet are stimulated for five minutes using the specially constructed felt boots. During the treatment with the Vacuflex boots the client may feel a strong pressure in some of the reflexes as opposed to the sharp pain often experienced during a manual treatment. Possibly the most remarkable feature of the Vacuflex System is the discoloration appearing on the plantar and dorsal regions of the feet when the boots are removed. This allows the therapist to pin point areas of congestion and possible disorders so that proper lifestyle recommendation can be made. 8

11 Bone Density Screening / 15 min pp This service indicate the Bone density / Bone health / Bone Loss of a person and can determine if they are osteopenic or if they have good bone health. The shin, hand or heal bone is screened and a reading is provided. Our specialist will discuss the reading with the employee and give lifestyle recommendations and refer the employee to a physician in serious cases. The employee receives results via or onsite. Photo booth An open faced photo booth with fun props. This is great fun and your employees create lasting memories of their special day as they are able to take away a high resolution print with 4 photos that prints within 10 seconds while they wait. Al photos can be provided on a disc after the event. 9
