McDuff Ave. Attendance: 51 people signed up and 39 were in attendance Evaluation Numbers: 27 evaluations were turned in - not all categories were responded too and some had dual answers therefore the numbers will not add up Robinson s Addition 1. The school (7) and community center (3), new business development, HabiJax homes, landmark Farmer s Market, Frozen Food Company (2) and older neighborhood still holding strong 3. What did you see that gave a negative impression? Landscaping, up and down housing, too much activity in certain areas, some aspects of the neighborhood left unattended, the apartments on Broadway Ave., industrial activity in residential area, needs some work on homes and to clean up the trash, run down and abandoned buildings, the Crush Crete Company (3) and young people hanging around New Town 1. Historic church on the corner of Beaver (4), the updating of homes (2), EWC/CSX City Year Project, HabiJax homes (2) and Butler Middle School 3. What did you see that gave a negative impression? Litter, youth hanging out, up and down housing, all the stores on New Kings Rd and drug hang outs, trash everywhere, needs some cleanup and poorly structured homes Golfair Estates 1. New Housing (6), improving, the whole community, doing such good work, Palm Trees on Myrtle and J.P. Small Ball Park (2), the homes, Durkeeville (2), updated clean residential area, new palm trees and lights and an effort to make the neighborhood attractive loved it 3. Needs greenery, Shell Station at the train tracks, yellow store off MLK, can t be negative headed in the right direction and people standing around doing nothing

It would have been nice to tip the driver Not able to walk around Rest stop and some written background info Few rest stops, little area designations, passengers were lost during tour, personal opinions about citizen s lifestyles/way of life Nothing Long time on bus
