Served in several staff capacities, including worship and music, Christian education, and interim teaching pastor. Responsibilities included service planning, development of an evening service praise team, supervision of ministry directors overseeing programs involving about 200 workers and 800 participants, and conducting training seminars. Approximately 30% of this position included pastoral counseling with church members over a variety of personal and spiritual issues.
