14 Gregory DeClue, Ph.D. Page 14 EVALUATION AND TREATMENT EXPERIENCE IN FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY THROUGH 2016 Conducting clinical evaluations related to criminal law including competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, juvenile waiver decisions, and sentencing determinations Y Has conducted a total of 1,957 criminal forensic psychological evaluations, at least 319 of which were focused on confession issues. Conducting clinical evaluations regarding a broad range of civil legal issues including civil commitment, personal injury, and child custody Y Has conducted 458 psychological evaluations relevant to civil commitment of sex offenders.
