3 Course Objectives After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to: Describe current understanding and practical tips for the surgical management of lumbar and cervical degenerative disorders, adult deformity, and spinal trauma. Discuss challenges and solutions associated with spinal surgery in the aging spine. Describe current thinking regarding bone graft and biologic options in spine surgery. Discuss the relative merits of open versus MIS techniques for various spinal disorders. Describe ways to avoid and manage various spine surgery complications, including PJK. Who Should Attend?
