4 Step 1: High Fat Weekend - Two High Fat Days: Start taking both supplements as directed Eat, Drink, and Be Merry! Looking to gain 5 pounds before low calorie diet Step 2 : Low Calorie phase This eating plan is VERY simple! Continue taking supplements as directed Continue your colon cleanse Follow the rules laid out in your manual Be as TOXIN FREE as possible in all areas: what you take, eat, drink, breathe, and put on your skin Be cognizant and proactive about additional supportive methods to help detoxify your body Drink half your weight in OUNCES of WATER daily NO exceptions. *Note if you are not willing to do this, do not do this program. Using the approved food list every day, you will eat 2 proteins, 2 vegetables, 2 fruits, 2 crunchy carb choices, and free food. 8 Deal Breakers... The following "rules" are things that some people learn about and then say... "hmmm I don't think I want to do this program." No condiments with sugar No Balsamic vinegar No protein bars No protein shakes Sweet Leaf Stevia sweeteners (available through ), But absolutely no sugar, and no artificial sweeteners (Artificial sweeteners are toxic and cause weight gain) You Can have RAW vegetable medleys. Example: mixed green salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumbers You can t skip meals Cooking your veg-gies is fine, but you cannot have cooked vegetable medleys. The fruit or a bread stick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but not more than four items listed for lunch and dinner may be eaten at one meal. You can only do 30 minutes of light execrise daily and no more than that. No margarine, butter, oil, dressings.
