1 Introduction to Breakthrough M2 Ultimate Weight Loss Plan

2 Your Breakthrough is only weeks away! I battled weight problems for 20 years with so many failures and weight gains after every one of the plans I did. This program will be the vehicle that gets you down to your desired weight and you won't have to diet again. I sell a Unisex supplement (Gold) or a specialized formula for Women or Men (Platinum). Either the Gold or Platinum supplement will help you meet your weight loss goal. It's your choice, they will both last about 5 weeks depending on your needs. The "Gold" supplement is $130 which includes a bottle of B-12 and a bottle of potassium that you must remember to take daily. (Both of these extra supplements are included in the price.) Our Specialized Women's or Men's "Platinum" supplement is $195. This has B-12 in the formula but you will have to take potassium once daily. (A bottle of potassium is included in the price.) 3 NOT ALL FAT IS CREATED EQUAL STRUCTURAL FAT This type of fat fills the gaps between various organs ~ a sort of packing material. Structural Fat also performs the important functions of bedding the kidneys in soft elastic tissue, protecting the coronary arteries and keeping the skin both smooth and taut. It also provides the springy cushion of hard fat under the bones of the feet, without which we couldn t walk. An excess of this fat cannot produce obesity. NORMAL FAT This is the fuel upon which the body can freely draw from when the intestinal nutritional requirement demands it. Such Normal Fat is deposited all over the body. An excess of this fat cannot produce obesity. ABNORMAL FAT This is the bad fat and it is the accumulation of this fat, and this fat only, which an overweight person carries. It is deposited all over the body but accumulates most naturally on the hips, buttocks, stomach, arms, face etc. WHY DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK SO EFFECTIVELY? While on this program your body continually uses the abnormal, unnecessary fat for energy. It never uses muscle, structural fat, or normal fat, which the body needs and will replace when you stop a diet. Not All Fat Is Created Equal 3

4 FOR YOUR INFORMATION A Colon Cleanse After working with over 1200 clients in the past year, I have come to the conclusion that weight loss will happen more readily if the colon was cleaned before beginning this diet. We sell 2 cleanses that are amazing: a 5-day ($49.95) or 9-day cleanse ($89.50). Fluids: Coffee (no dairy), tea, water, seltzer or naturally flavored seltzer Drink 50 percent of your body weight every day in ounces. Example: If you weigh 210 pounds, you need to drink 105 ounces of water every day. This will help with flushing your body of toxins and excess weight. FREE FOOD TO EAT ANYTIME ~ Cucumbers, cabbage, fat free chicken or beef broth, and sugar free salsa, and cultured vegetables can be eaten anytime in addition to your regular meals. 6 STEP ONE ~ LOAD/GORGE DAYS On day one and day two of the Program, you will begin to take your drops as directed 3x day and begin your two days of feasting as you need to gain weight...for two days you can eat or drink whatever you want as many times as you want with no limits...this is done for a purpose that your Breakthrough M2 Coach will explain to you as part of your orientation... Don t be concerned about your weight gain as whatever weight you gain on day one and day two, we assure you, will be gone on days three and four...sooooooo Eat, drink and have fun in preparation of the low calorie Step Two which begins on the third day of the program. You will be taking your drops on the Load/Gorge days. Step One ~ Load/Gorge Days 6

7 STEP TWO Breakfast Any non-calorie fluids in any amount. (you may have one of your two daily fruits if needed in the morning) Lunch and Dinner 3.5 oz. protein and 3.5 oz. fresh vegetables Snacks 2 pieces of either Melba Toast or Grissini Breadstick Protein Foods 3-½ oz. twice daily for lunch or dinner ~ If you are going out, a 3.5 oz. serving is about the size of a deck of cards and choose only lean meats. NOTE: All visible fat needs to be removed before cooking and the portion should be weighed raw. It must be cooked without additional fat. Cannot have salmon, eel, tuna, herring, fish that is dried, pickled or smoked. Fresh Vegetables 3-½ oz selected vegetables twice daily No pumpkin, beetroot, potatoes, carrots, peas or corn Fruit Two portions per day, at least 6 hours apart Apple, strawberries (6-7 ounces), orange, ½ grapefruit, ½ cup of blueberries Fluids Water, mineral water, tea, coffee, seltzer, or naturally flavoured seltzer. TIP: The daily amount of fluids you must drink is 50% of your body weight in ounces. (Example: your weight is 210lbs drink 105 oz. of fluids) * No Mio, crystal light, vitamin water, or Zero water. 8 STEP TWO ~ LUNCH & DINNER PROTEIN ~ 3-1/2 OUNCES Choose one of the following protein items for lunch and dinner: Chicken Breast only (no skin) Snapper Flounder Chilean Sea Bass Mahi Mahi Sea Scallops Shrimp Tilapia Cod Crab (not Imitation) Halibut Lobster Sole Lean Steak Veal Sirloin London Broil Filet Mignon Chopped Meat (93 %) Buffalo Steaks Venison All visible fat must be removed before cooking. Meats and seafood must be broiled, boiled, baked or grilled with no additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, or any dried, smoked, or pickled fish are not permitted. All protein must weight 3.5 ounces raw. NO Turkey, No Pork step Two ~ Lunch & Dinner 8

9 STEP TWO ~ LUNCH & DINNER VEGETABLES ~ 3-1/2 OUNCES TWICE DAILY Choose one vegetable from the following for lunch and dinner: Spinach Green Salad Chard Fennel Tomatoes Chicory Celery Onions Asparagus Red Radish Beet-greens Broccoli Cauliflower Zucchini Brussel Sprouts Kale Fresh Sauerkraut* Sugar Free Salsa * Cucumbers * Cabbage * Cultured Vegetables* No Pickles * Free Foods can be eaten any time without needing to weigh the food step Two ~ Lunch & Dinner 9

10 STEP TWO ~ TIPS FOR SUCCESS TIPS FOR SUCCESS One tablespoon of skim milk daily ONLY! Stevia or Truvia sweeteners ~ absolutely NO SUGAR Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet-basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram and other spices are freely available for seasoning, Braggs Amino Acids, Frank s hot sauce No margarine, butter, oil, dressing Juice of one fresh lemon daily The fruit or a breadstick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but not more than four items listed for lunch and dinner may be eaten at one meal. Cannot have vegetable medleys. Can have mixed green salad: lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumbers * This is the only time you can eat a mixture of vegetables. COSMETICS & BEAUTY PRODUCTS Mineral Powder make up is perfect while on the program. Make-up other than lipstick, eyebrow pencil and powder may not be used. No oil based foundation/make-up of any kind. Powder and lotions that are entirely free of fatty substances are permitted, and brilliantine may be used on the hair but must not be rubbed into the scalp. Obviously sun tan oil or sun blocks that have oil are prohibited. Switch from solid antiperspirant to gel or aerosol. step Two ~ Tips For Success 10

11 STEP THREE ~ WASH OUT CONGRATULATIONS! Your goal is reached, stop the Breakthrough M2 drops and continue the Low calorie diet for 2-3 days. Update our Facebook page with your results Send us before/after photos and your new T-shirt size because if you allow us to use your photos, we ll send you a FREE Breakthrough M2 T-shirt STEP FOUR ~ MAINTENANCE/RESET It takes the about 3 weeks to develop a mental habit, same thing for the physical body. You must allow the body a minimum of 3 weeks to establish a set weight for you. So to solidify your new weight, it is critical to do Step 4! You must NOT consume carbs or sugar (no alcohol either) during this crucial time. You have to commit to a minimum time frame of 3 weeks of Lean and Green eating. Don t let all your hard work be dwindled away because you thought it was ok not to do this last phase. Transition Drops are available during this step. They aid with appetite control and energy. step Three ~ wash out 11

12 STEP FOUR ~ MAINTENANCE/RESET The main goal of this phase is to stabilize and maintain your new weight. Many people are so enthusiastic about their weight loss in Step Two that they want to keep losing in Step Four. If you have more weight to lose, your goal should be to maintain your new weight until your next round of Breakthrough M2 supplement begins. A summary of Dr. Simeons Reset (step 4) is as follows: It takes about three weeks before the weight reached at the end of the treatment becomes stable, i.e. does not show violent fluctuations after an occasional excess. Eat what you want, when you want (preferable when you are hungry, and listen to your body for when you have had enough) except no sugars and no starches, and weigh EVERYDAY. If you are two pounds over your last weight, perform a Steak Day. Review of the following sections of Dr. Simeons manuscript is highly suggested to help you through Phase Four: Concluding a Course Skipping a Meal Trouble after Treatment Beware of Over-Enthusiasm Protein Deficiency Many people panic in Phase Four because portions and calorie limits are not specified. Dr. Simeons wanted his patients to learn how to regulate themselves. A metabolic test will also give you a calorie range to stay within that is specific to you, which you can follow if more strenuous monitoring of your intake is preferred. step Four ~ Maintenance/reset 12

13 There are four main rules that MUST be kept during this phase to successfully keep the weight off and reset your body s new weight. They are as follows: 1. No starches 2. No sugars or sweets 3. Do not eat until you are hungry. Follow the Hunger Scale. 4. Weigh yourself every day, and initiate a Steak Day if weight is up by two pounds or more (from the weight of the last day of Breakthrough M2 drops) Let s review this phase specifically. 1. No starches. No breads and crackers, cereals, pastas, grains or rice. Dr. Simeons was not specific about legumes (such as kidney beans, refried beans etc.) so if you decide to eat them, they must be eaten cautiously and in small portions (1/4 cup). Nuts are also starchy and should be eaten with the same caution. 2. No sugars. Stay away from the obvious sweets and goodies. Also, be careful with very sweet fruit, and no fruit juices. Avoid added sugars to unsuspected foods. Closely watch labels and be wary of fat-free or low-fat items that may be pumped up with sugars and carbohydrates. Artificial sweeteners, sugar-free gum and diet drinks are not recommended. Watch your labels. 3. Stop when you are satisfied; Don t eat until you are full. This takes a certain degree of awareness while you are eating 4. Weigh yourself every day Dr. Simeons said it best when he stated in his protocol, Relapses may be due to negligence in the basic rule of step Four ~ Maintenance/reset 13

14 daily weighing. Many patients think that this is unnecessary and that they can judge any increase from the fit of their clothes. Some do not carry their scale with them on a journey as it is cumbersome and takes a big bite out of their luggage-allowance when flying. This is a disastrous mistake, because after a course (taking the Breakthrough drops) the supplement as much as 10 pounds can be regained without any noticeable change in the fit of the clothes.
