2 HyQ -RS (Reduced Serum) Media from HyClone The HyClone HyQ -RS product line has been developed using traditional Classical Media formulations, which are enhanced using the natural nutritional components of serum. And, who understands serum better than HyClone? HyQ-RS allows you to gain better control of your raw material dollars by reducing the supplementation rate of FBS to 2 4%* for most cell culture applications. The resultant benefits are: Maximized lots of serum Cost savings per liter of media used Reduced labor costs Reduced lot-to-lot variability in your cell culture No weaning or adaptation procedures necessary Consistent cell culture results As with all of HyClone s Classical Media products, HyQ -RS media are System Tested with HyClone serum products. Use of system tested products reduces cell culture variables and allows for consistent, reproducible results. *Recommended concentrations of serum using HyQ -RS media range from 2-4%. However,the concentration of serum used may need to be adjusted for specific cell types or applications to achieve optimal results.

Larger packaging sizes in HyClone's BioProcess Containers are available on a made-to-order basis,in sizes ranging from 5 L to 500 L.
