SPORT START A brainchild of Dr. Istvan Bayli, a Canadian Exercise Scientist, LTAD or Long Term Athlete Development provides us with guidelines to train children in their journey from early childhood through to adolescence. The SPORT STARTTM program helps develop a child's skill and confidence which enables a child to be more active around friends and peers. TM Curriculum for age groups 3 years and above We emphasize on THINK LONG TERM. Ÿ SSP SPORT START An active start gives children the tools they need to take part in physical activity and sport, both for healthy life-long enjoyment and for sporting success. Ÿ Year round energy filled lesson plans with definitive learning outcomes Ÿ SSP certified trainers Ÿ Safe, hazard free age appropriate equipment Ÿ Custom designed equipment
The SPORT CORETM Program is built for fundamental athletic development of children. The program provides a complete solution to a child's physical education needs fitness, sports and evaluation. We provide a unique program for each class from 1st to 10th. SPORT CORE Every day the children participate in an organised, fun and informative activity. We strive to reduce monotony by ensuring novel games and workouts every academic year. The SPORT CORETM Program using these guidelines provides systematic activation of athletic attributes such as speed, strength, flexibility and reflexes. The LTAD program provides a backbone for training children in an age appropriate manner. SSP Coaches undertake extensive training on the various SSP products and work in conjunction with existing PE staff of the school to ensure that the Physical Educational needs of every child in the school are met. The SPORT CORETM Program ensures the inclusive physical fitness development of all school children irrespective of the Board (CBSE, SSC, ICSE, IB etc.) of the school.
SPORT CORE CURRICULUM The SPORT CORE curriculum has been developed to engage 100% school population in the PE classes keeping in mind the athletic needs of children. SPORT CORE Program has evolved based on data collected from testing school children in various fitness parameters. Constant surveys to check the validity of the program are conducted to improve the curriculum year on year.
SPORT ASSESS We conduct age appropriate Physical Fitness Tests and provide each child with a report every semester. These reports help monitor progress of a child year on year and spot talent. Our SSP Trainers and the testing equipment ensure that the testing is reliable and consistent.

We at SSP understand the need for children to want to specialize and excel in specific sports. SPORT SELECT Having a multisport base provides children a safety net of having learnt many skills and being able to play a multitude of sports lifelong. wellness for all and optimal performance for elite players. When children participate in a pressure free environment they learn skills better. Through sustained practice combined with fitness training, reaching elite levels is not out of reach. Ÿ Sampling fundamental skills of multiple sports through SSP Core Program Ÿ Learning to train in sport of choice Ÿ Identifying the elite player Ÿ Developing the elite player CURRICULUM Ÿ Exposure to competitions SPORT SELECT is designed to promote lifelong Ÿ Playing for Life
