2 BUPA ADVANCED HEALTH CREATING A DETAILED PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH Combining an in-depth profile of your overall health with a fitness evaluation, this high-tech health assessment provides you with a comprehensive overview of the exact shape you re in. What s included? It involves a 60 minute consultation with a doctor and a series of tests, based on your age, lifestyle and gender. There s also a fitness evaluation, which shows you how well your heart, lungs, metabolism, circulation and muscles perform during exercise. When do I get my results? Most of the results are available on the day, followed by a full report. You ll have plenty of time to talk through any concerns with one of our doctors. Why chse the Bupa Advanced Health? It is a comprehensive assessment which lks at your fitness. The fitness test gives valuable additional information as higher scores mean a lower risk of many diseases including diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Why do I need these tests? When we have all the results we can give you an in-depth picture of your health and can help you understand how to improve it. Lifestyle Coaching Sessions with a health adviser Bupa Advanced Health offers you two ten-minute follow-up telephone sessions with a health adviser, giving you an opportunity to discuss your progress to date and to support you in achieving your health goals. GP Anytime HealthLine Bupa Advanced Health also includes GP Anytime HealthLine giving you round the clock access to medical professionals. Available 24/7, you can ring and talk to one of our qualified nurses about any health issues, and if necessary, receive a call back from a GP within the hour. Offered full battery of tests in one session/location, making it very efficient.
