5 More Research Findings Seniors who get little to no exercise have a 50 percent greater risk of dementia compared with those who regularly take part in moderate or heavy amounts of physical activity. With age, the brain tends to shrink. But people who regularly exercised tended to have larger brain volumes. Increased blood flow may lead to increased density of the connections between the neurons and create alternative pathways for signals" that might otherwise be impeded due to age-related brain shrinkage. 20 WashU Moves Hubs Hubs have been installed at 6 locations across the university: 1. North Campus cafeteria 2. West Campus cafeteria 3. Danforth Campus West entrance of Mallinckrodt Center South Entrance of Olin Library 4. Medical Campus West entrance to FLTC On the Link near Sprint store These devices allow users to sync their data without a bluetooth device (e.g. a smartphone). The hub detects your GARMIN activity tracker and automatically loads your data securely, to your GARMIN account.
