Martin Luther King, Jr. We show our gratitude for the incredible support we enjoy as members of the UltiFamily by sharing our good fortune with our communities and the people in them. Heeding our CEO s advice, we try to Walk the Talk. Ultimate gives UltiPeeps two fully paid days for volunteering. But the giving goes beyond building homes with Habitat for Humanity, restoring rundown houses, planting flowers at non-profits, or handing out winter coats to the homeless. Sharing is at the core of our UltiLife. Our team meetings often include a service activity for the needy sorting new shoes by size, stuffing new school supplies into backpacks, packaging soap and other cleaning products, and assembling new bicycles. At Thanksgiving, we donate canned goods, turkeys, and cash for families. We buy gifts for Angel Tree children and adults in need during the holidays. And we walk, run, and ride for charities throughout the year. We spend time with the disadvantaged, and THE REWARDS ARE OURS.

3 SHARING OUR GOOD FORTUNE A LONG-TERM COMMUNITY PARTNER Through 21 different programs, Achievement and Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (ARC Broward) offers help and hope to children and adults with developmental disabilities and other life challenges in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Over the years, Ultimate has partnered with ARC Broward whenever and wherever they say they need help. Sometimes we have a small team that spends time with the children, setting up games like a pillowcase sack race. Other times, we have a large team that paints and cleans areas of the facility. 4 GETTING THE MOST OUT OF USED EQUIPMENT ARC Broward IT Asset Recovery is a division of the non-profit that focuses on disassembling donated equipment and saving parts that can be recycled and sold to help fund ARC Broward s training and employment preparation programs for the children and adults with disabilities it sponsors. Ultimate s Product Strategy team works with ARC Broward to take laptops apart and identify parts that are salvageable for recycling, while our PDIS team cleans and reconfigures laptops. 5 YOUNG LEADERS IN ULTIMATE S SKY BOX The Leadership Learning Center in Miami provides a rich variety of after-school activities to 250 children from the Little Havana area in grades K-12. The program emphasizes academic achievement and personal responsibility as a pathway out of poverty and into leadership. Activities are planned and led by certified Miami-Dade County Public Schools teachers. To give the young leaders a reward for their hard work, Ultimate invited them to watch a Marlins baseball game from our sky box, complete with food, drinks, and a great view. 6 NINE YEARS WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY Ultimate has been partnering with Habitat for Humanity (H4H) for nine years, helping to change lives by working on affordable housing for families in need. Hundreds of UltiPeeps have worked under the guidance of H4H construction experts is the second year that Ultimate committed to sponsoring the cost of a home from start to finish near our headquarters in Weston, Florida. 7 SUPERHERO DAY WITH KIDS IN DISTRESS Kids In Distress (KID) of Broward and Palm Beach Counties focuses on the treatment and prevention of abused and neglected children. Over the years, UltiPeeps have participated in golf tournaments and auctions that raise money for KID programs, and Ultimate has served as a sponsor for the fund-raisers many times. This summer, UltiPeeps spent the day with 70 camp children playing games like Superhero Bean Bag Toss, drew pictures of superheroes, and talked about real-life heroes. Our UltiPeeps surprised them at day s end with red, white, and blue cupcakes for dessert, compliments of Ultimate s real-life heroes, our UltiVets. 8 Spending Time with CHICAGO S SHARING OUR GOOD FORTUNE DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN UltiPeeps from the East and West divisions of our Executive Relationship Management team met in Chicago to spend time with children of One Hope United s Bridgeport Centers. One Hope United is a non-profit with 12 Early Learning and Child Development Centers in Chicago, serving 2,100+ children. More than 60 UltiPeeps, most who work remotely at quite a distance from one another, met at the centers to play with the children after their nap time. They played cards and checkers, built towers out of blocks, and set up cones for the children to ride their tricycles around. 9 SHARING OUR GOOD FORTUNE Proud UltiPeep runners posing for a group shot LEAD SPONSOR FOR WOMEN IN DISTRESS Ultimate was the lead sponsor of the Women In Distress (WID) 5K Walk/Run held on February 25, Together with volunteers from Ultimate, other corporations, and student organizations as well as individual walkers and runners, this year s WID Walk raised $110,000. Our UltiPeeps love wearing the newly designed T-shirts each year so they can identify colleagues easily in the crowds and show off their enthusiastic support for both WID and Women in Leadership (WIL), our company interest group that drives participation in WID events. 10 WALKING, RUNNING, AND RIDING for Medical Conditions UltiPeeps walk and ride bikes for diabetes. We ride for multiple sclerosis. We walk and run for breast cancer, and we raise money through bake sales, pink balloon competitions, calls for donations, and more. We walk for prostate cancer. We do the Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. And the list goes on. 11 22 YEARS OF MAKING HOLIDAYS A BIT MERRIER Angel Tree is one among many holiday celebrations for people in need that UltiPeeps enjoy. Angel Tree is historically one of our most popular. So popular that we ve been buying gifts for abused and neglected children for 22 years. From the tree, UltiPeeps select paper angels that show just a child s first name, age, and gift wishes. We shop for personalized gifts and bring them to work, where Santa s helpers review them before wrapping and delivering. At other holiday events, we celebrate the season with people we have worked with throughout the year. 12 SO MANY COMMUNITY-GIVING EVENTS, SO MUCH FUN As UltiPeeps, we embrace the communities around us. We grow as teams in the giving and as individuals in the caring. Giving to others is one of the great lessons we get almost from osmosis. It seeps into us from being part of a culture that values people. Our company tagline says it best: People First.
