1 Relationships with Healthcare s, Patient s and Healthcare Professionals Healthcare and Patient s CSL Behring makes available a number grants to Healthcare and Patient s. Grants are made in accordance with the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry. They are given only in order to maintain or enhance patient care, to benefit the NHS or to support research. They are not provided to individuals for their personal benefit nor are they given as an inducement to prescribe, supply, administer, recommend, buy or sell any CSL Behring product. It is appropriate to compensate healthcare professionals for the specialist advice and expertise that they provide. In addition CSL Behring supports healthcare professionals in their attendance at medical educational conferences and meetings. These payments are made in accordance with the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry. No payments are made as an inducement to prescribe, supply, administer, recommend, buy or sell any CSL Behring product.
