5 Speaker Biographies: Dr. Larry Iverson is a Psychologist, Trainer, Author & Leadership Coach. He has trained or coached over 1,000,000 people local to national government, corporations, IMT s, online business and athletes Larry created and trains the ICS program L-480 Strategic IMT Leadership program for state and local agencies on up to Homeland Security He has provided Inner Game Training for 147 Olympic Athletes He created a 6 part video training for McDonald's Hamburger University used by over 100,000 managers and employees Larry hosted the highly rated PBS special The Strategies for Success In the last 24 months Dr. Iverson wrote and published 3 Books, 4 DVD programs, 28 CD trainings and 15 ebooks. AND, he s here today sharing strategies that will help us Build Great Communications. Carol Roller is an executive coach, trainer and facilitator with 20 years experience working with public and private organizations in the Washington metropolitan area. Some of her former clients are within: HHS, DoE, DoD, TSA, NGA, Verizon and Arlington County government. She uses coaching as a tool to help people make change that is sustainable through conversations and practice. She received her M.A. from Marymount University in Human Performance Systems. She has a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coach Federation. She s also a certified Instructional Systems Designer. She joined APHIS in November, 2011, as an executive consultant with Executive Support and Leadership Services in Riverdale. As a part of the ESLS team, she works with leaders at all levels to improve performance and develop talent. Suzanne Bond currently serves as an assistant director of public affairs for the United States Department of Agriculture s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. She joined the agency in 2005 as the public affairs specialist charged with implementing and guiding community outreach, public education and media relations associated with the effort to eradicate the Asian longhorned beetle from the United States. Before joining USDA APHIS, Ms. Bond managed communications programs involving highway and public transportation issues and provided community relations work on environmental issues at the State level. She has also worked as a newspaper reporter, television news assistant producer, and did research for an Ohio Congressman in Washington.
