1 Tarot Food, Weight and Body blocks and beliefs spread This spread is designed to help you to get to the bottom of limiting beliefs and blockages about Food, Your Weight and Your Body Image. I would strongly suggest that you really give yourself the time to work through each question and allow the answers to bubble to the surface from your Intuition. Parts of your unconscious mind will probably try to stop you from answering these questions because those are the parts that want you to stay where you are. Make sure you are relaxed before you start. I would suggest that you have pen and paper with you as you do this and plenty of water for hydration. As thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs come up acknowledge them, than your subconscious for releasing them into your conscious awareness and write them down. You may want to have your favourite energy clearing tools on hand to release things that come up. Be brave and courageous. Once things come to the surface, you can feel through them and really experience the energy of them and then you have the choice of keeping them or lovingly releasing them to the Universe. You want to ask your angels, guides and the Higher Powers of the Universe to be with you to help you or a friend. If you find that things come up that are too painful and difficult for you to deal with on your own, then please stop the process and seek appropriate professional help. This reading is based on my own personal experiences and I have to give you a whole raft of disclaimers about whether or not it will work for you and what results you may or may not get. Use your own judgement and discretion before you do this reading and process.

2 Lay the cards out as follows from left to right, top to bottom, in 3 rows of 3. Left to right Put out the first 9 cards in a 3 x 3 grid. You can then read those first with the questions below. Questions Layer One Row 1 (1)What are the Patterns/actions around Food what do I do? (2)What Physical results am I getting? (3) What conscious beliefs do I hold/think/say/repeat? Row 2 (4)What judgements I hold about Food and Weight? (5)What Judgments do I hold about myself in relation to Food and Weight? (6) What Expectations do I have of effort/success in releasing weight? Row 3 (7) What energetic patterns and imprints have come from Past lives? (8) What beliefs have come from the Generations/family? (9)What vows have I made at some point in my life in relation to Food, Weight or my Body? When you come to do the second layer, you can lay them directly over the existing 3 rows of 3 cards, co that you end up with a 3 x 3 grid that has two cards in each pile You can then read the second layer, using the questions below. (15)What Gift is there in weight challenges? Row 6 (16) Who would I be without these blockages? (17) What would need to happen for me to feel safe in releasing these blocks? (18)What is my Potential for Greatness?

3 Once you have done that, you can move the 2 nd layer of cards to the left of the ones below, so that you now have two cards side by side for each of the groups of cards. The questions and insights you get from doing that are incredibly powerful, as you can see a lot of the contradictions in your beliefs and how one thing can be stopping of blocking another. 5 Having brought al this to the surface, it is important to now clear it and release it. You have a choice of whether you allow all those things to continue to run your life or whether you are going to take back your personal power and make your own choices. It could be fair to say that, in the past, you have possibly allowed this stuff to run you unconsciously. However, as this has all now come into your conscious awareness, you have to decide what to do with it. There are a variety of clearing methods that I personally use and it is important that you find what works best for you. If you need to seek professional help, then please do that.
