6 Union It is illegal to sell, serve, or be open for business from Midnight 6 AM Monday Saturday and from Midnight Saturday 6 AM Monday. Restaurants and class B businesses may be open during restricted hours but may not sell alcohol. During restricted hours alcohol must not be visible. Alcohol sales are restricted in parts of the parish.
7 Vermillion It is illegal to sell or serve from 2 AM 6 AM daily. You must be 18 to handle or work with alcoholic beverages. Abbeville Kaplan It is illegal to sell, serve, or be open for business from 2 AM 5 AM daily. No person shall sell alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to wine, beer or liquor, and no establishment whose principal business is the sale of alcoholic beverages shall open for any purpose from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Anyone who is employed by a business that sells alcohol must obtain a permit to sell and serve.

Port Allen It is illegal to sell or serve from 1 AM 6 AM daily. If alcohol is the primary thing sold businesses must be closed from 2 AM 6 AM daily. Businesses selling alcoholic beverages shall be closed at 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and may not reopen until 6:00 a.m. on Monday. Restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, truck stop casinos or other business may remain open but may not sell alcohol during restricted hours. No person shall dispense such beverages from behind the bar of any business licensed under this article for on-the-premises consumption without having been certified as qualified to do so by the treasurer.
