All unnecessary or unauthorized noises and annoying vibrations are considered a nuisance No person shall intentionally dispose or permit the disposal of litter upon any public place in the parish, upon private property in the parish not owned by him, upon property located in rural areas in the parish not owned by him, or in or on the waters of the parish property used exclusively as a church or synagogue, public library or a school. There is no law against leaving the premises with alcohol. Misc Regulations: Class A Permit holder (high or low) shall provide a minimum of one (1) Certified Security Guard on their premises during the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, or until all patrons have vacated the premises, whichever is later. 2 It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise or any noise which either annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others, within the corporate limits. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to empty or throw slop, papers, fruit, vegetables, scraps, peelings, trash, refuse, litter or leaves of any kind whatever on the streets, sidewalks or drainage ditches of this municipality. property used exclusively as a church or synagogue, public library, playground, or a school, except those businesses located on East Main Street and West Main Street.
