Yellow Emperor s Classic of Medicine The Small Intestine receives the food that has been digested by the Spleen and Stomach and further extracts, absorbs, and distributes it throughout the body, all the while separating the pure from the turbid. Actual heat (fever, acid reflux, ulcers, abscess) Emotional heat (anxiety, delusions, excessive extroversion, rage) Energetic heat (high blood pressure, acute headaches). SI meridian with other points to clear heat: LI 4, LI 11, SJ 5, GB 34, LV 2 Relieve pain along the meridian pathway from pinky to ear.
