ThisprcedureappliestallpersnnelinvlvedinactivitiesattheMine,RailandPrtperatins whereac ntractr isdembilisingfrm RyHill. 2 Prcedure 2.1 DembilisatinPrcess OnetTwMnthsPrirtDembilisatin 1) Cntractr is t infrm the RH Cntract Manager apprximately ne t tw mnths prir t dembilisingfrmsite,rassnaspssibleifwrking nsitefrashrtperidftime. 2) RH Cntract Manager (r representative) is t prvide the Cntractr with a list f utstanding envirnmentalincidentsandaudit/inspectinactins (ifany)frm InCntrl frprmptcmpletin prirtdembilisatin. 3) RH Cntract Manager is t liaise with the relevant site Superintendent Envirnment (r representative) and the Superintendent Rehabilitatin (r representative) t determine any predembilisatin envirnmental requirements and the extent f rehabilitatin r handver t peratinsthrughtherehabilitatinpermitprcess. 4) RH Cntract Manager is t prvide the Cntractr Respnsible Persn with details f the predembilisatin envirnmental requirements and the Rehabilitatin Permit which details the rehabilitatin requirements OnetTwWeeksPrirtDembilisatin 1) Cntractristcmpletedembilisatinactivitiesthatincluderemvalf agreedupn temprary infrastructureandwasteaswellascmpletetherehabilitatinwrksrequired. 2) Superintendent Envirnment (r representative) is t cmplete the Cntractr Dembilisatin InspectinFrm ( OP-FRM-00308)duringasiteinspectinandprvideanycrrective actinstthecntractrrespnsiblepersnandinfrmtherhcntractmanager. 3) Cntractr is t prvide the RH Cntract Manager and Superintendent Envirnment (r representative) evidence f the clse ut f actins frm InCntrl as well as crrective actins prvidedduringthedembilisatin Inspectin. 4) SuperintendentEnvirnment (rrepresentative)is treassessthec ntractr s wrk areatensure that crrectiveactinshavebeenadequatelyaddressedand that nnew envirnmental issueshave develped. 2 5) Superintendent Rehabilitatin (r representative) is t undertake inspectins f any rehabilitated areasusing the RehabilitatinPermitClseut InspectinFrm ( OP-FRM-00137). 6) CntractristprvidetheTeamwithallendfmnthCntractr Reprting (CER)data (viadataentryfrms). 7) SuperintendentEnvirnmentandthe Superintendent Rehabilitatin are tprvidecnfirmatint therhcntractmanagerwhen thecntractr s dembilisatinandrehabilitatinwrkshavebeen assessedas cmpliant. 8) Cntractrtsupplyascleareddataand rehabilitatedareasshapefilest GISTeam asdefinedinthe GrundDisturbancePermitPrcedure ( OP-PRO-00193). 9) All Cntractr GDPs are t be clsed r transferred t Ry Hill in accrdance with the Grund DisturbancePermitPrcedure ( OP-PRO-00193) PstDembilisatin 1) Superintendent Envirnment (r representative) is t cmplete the Cntractr Dembilisatin Inspectin Frm (OP-FRM-00308) and assess the Cntractr s wrk area fllwing dembilisatintensurethattheareahasbeenleftintherequiredcnditin. 2) Any facilitiesthathavelicencesinthecntractrsnamearetbet ransferredtryhill. 2.2 TrainingandAwareness 1) Familiariseallpersnnelassciatedwithcntractrdembilisatinactivitieswiththerequirements fthisprcedure. 2) Include infrmatin n land disturbance, rehabilitatin and GDP prcedures in the site envirnmentalinductin. 3) Supervisrs and ther relevant persnnel t cmplete GDP training and ensure awareness f dembilisatin andrehabilitatinrequirements. 4) RHCntractrM anagerandrespnsiblepersnsmustcmpletethenlinecntractrmanagement AwarenessSessinwhichincludesinfrmatinncntractclseutanddembilisatin. 5) UpdatetrainingrecrdsfpersnnelnLearningManagementSystemastrainingccurs. 2.3 MnitringActins 1) Afterremvalfanyinfrastructureandprirtrehabilitatinactivities,the Cntractrisrequired t undertake cntaminatin assessments f areas where ptentially cntaminating activities have ccurred. Sil sampling and/r visual inspectins f ptentially cntaminated areas is t ccur in accrdancewiththefllwing SilsamplesarerequiredtbetestedataNatinalAssciatinfTestingAuthrities (NATA) labratry. AllsamplingistbeundertakeninaccrdancewithAustralianStandard Guidet theinvestigatinandsamplingfsiteswithptentiallycntaminatedsil. Resultsftheinspectins/testingistbeprvidedttheRH SiteEnvirnment Department. 3 1) HistricmnitringdatafinfrastructurethatisbeingtransferredtRyHillistbeprvidedtRH SiteEnvirnmentteam.E.g.OilyWater Separatrs (OWS),AblutinWasteWaterTreatmentPlants (WWTP),Grundwater/silmnitringdata (ifapplicable). 2.4 Incidents,AuditsandInspectins 1) Undertake cmpliance audits and inspectins against Audit Prcedure (OP-PRO ). 2) Reprta llnn-cmplianceswith anyryhillprcedurergdpasanincidentinaccrdancewiththe Incident,Nn-CnfrmanceandActinManagementPrcedure (OP-PRO-00702). 3) Allcrrectiver preventativeactinmustbeenteredintthesiteincidentmanagementsystemand clsedutprirtdembilisatin. 2.5 CntingencyActins 1) Escalateutstandingcrrectiveactins relatingt therequirementsfthisprceduretensurethat theyareclsed utprirtcntractrdembilisatin. 2) The RH CntractManageristhldthefinalinvicepaymentttheCntractruntiladvisedbythe Superintendent Envirnment and the Superintendent Rehabilitatin that all utstanding envirnmental crrectiveactins have been cmpleted, including all reprting required under the Cntractr Reprt (OP-FRM-00305).
