I agreed with everything he said about the roof and it was pleasant They delivered what they promised and we were very happy. We appreciated all of their input. Extremely professional. High quality work. We expected the worst in a roofing experience and got the best I highly recommend. They are professional, and stand behind the work permed and the product they sell. This is very refreshing in this day and time that there is still a company that encourages customers to call other clients to get input concerning. Simply put,... They were very good. Comment from On this particular job, there were several legitimate punch items that we did go back and address. However, the larger issue is that homeowner spent a large portion of his insurance proceeds, leaving him unable to pay us the work we permed. Untunately, this did result in the customercontractor relationship becoming rather confrontational and after 110 days of persistence on behalf of the company and resistance on behalf of the customer, he was able to procure the funds to pay his balance. did what they said they were going to do.
