1 PRESS RELEASE JOINTLY RELEASED BY AXA & SINGAPORE POST SINGAPORE, 1 FEBRUARY 2015 EMBARGOED FOR PRINT, BROADCAST AND ONLINE UNTIL 1 FEBRUARY, 6PM AXA Unveils AXA@POST at 34 SingPost branches Island-wide AXA today announced the completion of its move into 34 selected Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) branches, following an exclusive postassurance partnership with SingPost to sell life insurance products via its retail network. The partnership, which was first announced in 2013, commenced in January this year. Named AXA@POST, the new retail channel seeks to leverage SingPost s distribution capabilities, and provide greater accessibility to customers seeking life insurance solutions. (Please refer to Annex A for locations of AXA@POST branches.) With AXA and SingPost being established brands in their respective industries, the partnership presents a natural opportunity for both companies to leverage each other s strengths, synergise efforts, and increase their market competitiveness. By tapping on SingPost s extensive network of post offices, many of which are strategically located, as well as its many digital channels, AXA hopes to enhance its reach to more customers in Singapore. Mr Glenn Williams, Chief Executive Officer of AXA Life Singapore, said, This is definitely a significant milestone for AXA Life Singapore as we take a leap forward in becoming even more accessible to our customers. AXA@POST will offer visitors to SingPost branches a full suite of life insurance solutions, including for the first time in SingPost access to a shariah-compliant fund through AXA s investment-linked plans INSPIRE TM and Pulsar. They will also be able to approach AXA s financial consultants for after-sales services as well as servicing and reviewing of policies. SingPost s Senior Vice President for Financial Services, Ms Marjorie Ooi said: We are happy to partner AXA to bring high quality financial planning advice and services to our customers. AXA and SingPost share a common philosophy of creating value for our customers, and our post office network is well-placed to offer choice and convenience to our customers. We believe our partnership with

AXA and SingPost are also partnering to reward AXA@POST customers through the AXA Rewards programme. AXA@POST customers who purchase selected cash regular premium policies will be eligible for attractive gifts. The gifts will be delivered to their doorstep via SingPost s online marketplace, 1.
