2 Digital PEMCO PEMCO Online Account I designed PEMCO member s Online Account. Launched in 2012, more than 115,000 PEMCO customers have signed up for an account and moved their policies from paper to online. pemco.com redesign Prior to 2013, PEMCO s Northwest Profile brand was obscured in its digital presence, isolated to a minisite and street team events. I was brought onto the pemco.com Redesign Team to emphasize the story of the Northwest Profiles and their relationship to PEMCO s various products. I advocated the adoption of a responsive grid framework, opening pemco.com up to any screen and any device.

3 Various pemco.com sites I have designed and built several landing pages for pemco.com, including partnerships with the Seattle Seahawks and the Portland Trailblazers and promotional giveaways featuring Amazon.com and Starbucks. Copy and design involved design review and oversight from our partners. Go PEMCO app I designed the PEMCO ios and Android apps (pemco. com/app). Representing PEMCO, I presented at the 2014 National Association of Mutual Insurers Companies (NAMIC) conference in Chicago (slides).

8 Brent Enarson WHAT I DO I craft forms, scrolls, clicks, and controls until they re comfortably simple. I like to work with a variety of tools, spending most of my time in Adobe Creative Cloud apps. I pride myself in working on teams, utilizing collaboration and iterative design to elevate user experiences to new levels. WHAT I VE DONE PEMCO Insurance Web Producer 2012-present UI design, UX storyteller, web design, front end development for pemco.com and other PEMCO websites. A lot of Photoshop, Illustrator, prototyping, hmtl, css... an or two. Accomplishments include designing PEMCO s online account site, designing PEMCO s ios and Android apps, and convincing the marketing department to abandon QR codes. Currently leading design on PEMCO s ecommerce site and having fun with Principle. Polyclinic New Media Specialist Initially brought on as a graphics assistant within the marketing department, I was promoted to a specialist role, bringing the Polyclinic online to several different social media platforms, applying a grid system to polyclinic.com, managing web content, SEO, and SEM intiatives. Made the Adobe Creative Suite a staple in my toolkit and learned to cut my teeth on some very public graphics projects. Cancer Treatment Centers of America Oncology Info Specialist Seattle team leader for the intake of new patients to a busy oncology practice. This role provided me lessons on empathy that I still carry with me. Managed the practice s website, upholding the organization s brand standards.
