2 2. Established National Resource Centre (NRC) by 2011 to provide information and support to organisations and other stakeholders throughout Bangladesh. (The NRC will also oversee the implementation of all activities) 3. A programme of appropriate training workshops and mentoring programme available to organisations working with deafblind people by 2011, and conducted primarily by Bangladesh trainers and mentors by Local, regional and national networks run and managed by teachers of deafblind people, families and deafblind people set up and active by 2013 people that can be articulated and replicated Relevant and appropriate resources obtained.
