2 WELCOME MESSAGE Dear Colleagues, The Hellenic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry invites you to the gorgeous Thessaloniki for its 14th Annual Meeting, on 15 and 16th of December Our Academy, with a constant passion for scientific knowledge and dental education, continues the organization of its annual international meeting, already established as a main scientific event in the dental reality in Greece. The topics, like our previous meetings, have been selected according to the dentist s day to day practice, but at the same time, aiming at esthetic perfection. Renowned speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Cyprus, Israel, China and Greece will cover almost all aspects of esthetic dentistry. 6 REGISTRATIONS Interested parties can register by filling in the official Congress website registration form. (webpage: ) Participation is confirmed ONLY upon payment of the registration fee and uploading of the relevant proof of payment on the website Registration Form. After December 7, 2018, registrations through the Congress website will not be accepted. Interested parties will, then, be able to register only on-site. Failure to receive such confirmation message will suggest unsuccessful completion of the process. In this case, submission of a new registration form or communication with the congress secretariat will be required. Important notes: Registration will not be considered complete without sending of the proof of payment to the congress secretariat.

7 REGISTRATIONS Within the framework of the financial support provided to its members by the Hellenic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry in the last 4 years, upon registration in the annual Congress of the HAED you are entitled to FREE full membership for the year Registrations through companies Companies participating in the congress with individual or group registrations may directly contact the congress secretariat (no registration form is required), by sending their request via to conference2@premium-events.gr, in order to complete the process and receive the relevant confirmation. HANDS ON COURSES Within the framework of the 14th International Congress of the Hellenic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, seven (7) Hands - On courses will be held. Registration will be upon priority.
