1 NUTRITION, ALLERGEN & PREPARATION GUIDE THIS INFORMATION IS APPLICABLE TO U.S. RESTAURANTS ONLY. We know that many of our valued Guests have varying degrees of food intolerances and allergies they deal with daily. To ensure you have a safe experience, please review the information below to assist you with selecting menu options that best fit your individual needs. PREPARATION STATEMENT While we may have specific products or ingredients that do not contain a particular allergen or gluten, we do not have the ability to segregate those products during normal kitchen processes. As a result, such products could come into contact with an ingredient that might otherwise cause an allergic reaction. During preparation, we do not use separate fryers for cooking. Because of this, there is the potential for allergen crossover with any of our fried items. Our Traditional Wings and Boneless Wings are fried and sauced in the same containers. Beef shortening is used to fry products. We grill many items that contain allergens, and cross contact with other allergens may occur during the cooking process. PLEASE NOTE: Because of our reliance on suppliers for accurate information, the shared cooking and preparation areas in our kitchens, and the above-mentioned kitchen procedures involved in cooking, we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contamination or guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. The following information details which of the most common allergens are present in each menu item as well as the related nutrition information. If you have questions about this information, please ask to speak to a Restaurant Manager. Highly refined soybean oil does not demonstrate a significant hazard to allergic individuals and therefore it is not listed as an allergen. This is confirmed by the FDA and USDA in their allergen specifications.
