6 nsert the Left and Right Upper Handles (11 and 1)thrugh the hles n the Left and Right Upper Frames (10) and secure using the M10 x 70 Blts (14), 1Omm Washers (19) and Nyln Nuts (1). DO NOT FULLYTGHTEN THE FASTENERS AT THS TME, hand tighten nly. lnsert the Hand Grips () nt the Left and Right Upper Handles (1'l and 1) as shwn in FG and als nt the Dip Handles (B) as shwn in FG 3. lf the grips are difficult t slide n, apply a small amunt f sapy water nt the metal tubing befre sliding the grips n. -6-

7 lnseft the Left and Right Upper Frames (10) int the Left and Right Upright Supprts (5). Be sure t rient the Left and Right Upper Handles (11 and 1) crrectly. Attach the Back Supprt Frame (9) t the Left and Right Upright Supprts (5) using the M10 x 65 Blts (15), 1Omm Washers (19)and Nyln Nuts (1). Attach the Back Rest Bard (7)t the Back Supprt Frame (9) using the MB x 38 Blts (17)and Bmm Washers (0). lnsert the Pull Pins (6) int the hles n the Left and Right Upright Supprts (5) as shwn in FG 4. After several mnths, yu can increase yur wrkuts t fur r five times per week. Warming up is an imprtant part f yur wrkut, and shuld begin every sessin. lt prepares yur bdy fr mre strenuus exercise by heating up and stretching ut yur muscles, increasing yur circulatin and pulse rate, and delivering mre xygen t yur muscles. Keep yur right leg straight and the left ft n the flr; then bend the left leg and lean frward by mving yur hips tward the wall. Hld, then repeat n the ther side fr 15 cunts. Side $tretch Open yur arms t the side and cntinue lifting them until they are ver yur head. Reach yur right arm as far upward tward the ceiling as yu can fr ne cunt.
