Simplified systems and virtually paperless No filing cabinets and clutter, our business systems are smart, simple and integrated to help you manage all your back end business activities from a single platform. This includes managing new leads, scheduling sessions, viewing and managing booking systems, complete member management, payment processing and reporting. Virtually everything you need to manage your successful ZADI business. Marketing As a key ZADI partner, our team will work closely with you to develop a comprehensive local marketing plan to support your launch plans and ongoing business activity. Additionally, a national marketing and communications plan has been developed for the launch of ZADI in the Australian market. This strategic plan has been developed to target and work closely with key B2C/B2B media, industry influencers and other key partners to help build maximum awareness and equity for the ZADI brand. The three-phased plan will focus on both online and offline marketing activity, carefully developed to support the pre-launch, launch and ongoing activity for ZADI. They re unique and simple, and are not only backed by science, but are fun, balanced, challenging and achieve real results. ZADI certification workshops and training is mandatory for all trainers. Trainers will be expected to complete three levels of training with completion of Level 1 training being a pre-requisite before confirming employment at a ZADI studio. Trainers are responsible for covering the cost of the training workshops (as per cert III or IV in fitness and first aid). 5

We have a simple process to ensure a long-term and successful partnership between ZADI and successful ZADI franchisees: Step 1 Complete application document Complete ZADI franchisee profile document Step 2 Complete phone interview with the founders of ZADI Due diligence process Step 3 Upon approval provide deposit to secure your territory Sign NDA to receive detailed financials and business plan Franchisees are responsible for finding a suitable site location. The criteria will be outlined and provided by ZADI to assist you in your selection. Final approval will be made by ZADI management. PLEASE NOMINATE TERRITORY FOR RESERVATION: Terms and Conditions for Reserving Territories A reservation fee of $2,000 is required to reserve a territory for a period for a period of fourteen (14) days and during that time no other person will be able to reserve, or enter into an agreement to conduct a ZADI Studio in that territory. We may, at our discretion, extend a reservation period where we have in good faith entered into negotiations with you to enter into a franchise or license agreement with respect that territory. You may cancel your reservation at any time by notice in writing and we will immediately refund your entire reservation fee. Depending on your financial institution, a refund will usually take between 3 to 10 business days to be processed. Reserving a territory does not guarantee that we will enter into a license or franchise agreement with you. Each application is subject to ZADI s selection criteria and final approval, which it may withhold at its absolute discretion. In addition, there may be certain disclosure obligations required by law in the relevant country, state or territory which may affect the timing of entering into, and the form of, any proposed agreement between you and ZADI.
