Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Tianjin China Abstract Objective To explore the rapeutic effect of Mongolian medicine Jiruhen new No.2 new No. 2 on myocardial ischemia. Methods Using comprehensive methods such as feeding fatigue establish " qixu" model of myocardial ischemia model in rats.rats were randomly divided into normal group model group control group new No.2 high medium low dosage group each group was administered by corresponding drug and examined ECG and serum NO LDH CK.Results After modeling compared with the normal group there are significant ischemic change in ECG and serum NO LDH CK P < After treatment with new No. 2 compared with the model group No. 2 significantly improve the ischemic change in ECG and serum NO LDH CK P < 0.05 or P < Conclusion NJZZ MS changbai2010@ aliyun.com
