SOUTHWEST DISTRICT 4-H PAC SUMMARY November Expanding the 4-H Program. 3 Schools Chambers of Commerce Expanding the 4-H Program Need to increase 4-H Enrollment by reaching new and diverse audiences (including cloverbuds) in the county in addition to retaining current membership Need to become more competitive
