Outcome #1: Understanding of context and engaging participants in the training program to incorporate the training program in their practices, schools and/or inpatient facilities dealing with this population. Objective #2: To further develop the Intensive Look at Sexual Assault program based on current statistical research and procedures developed in part by rape crisis centers to increase knowledge about sexual assault, re-traumatization, counselor biases, and evidence recovery. Outcome #2: Increased retained knowledge and understanding shown through post survey, ensuring counselor practitioners are well prepared and supported professionals. Resilience, Well-Being and Social Adjustment; Differences in Males and Females Mar Apr Researcher GRANT WRITING The purpose of this study was to examine gender differences in resiliency, social adjustment and well-being. In the proposed study the researcher conducted a descriptive quantitative research design in the hopes to explore gender differences in resiliency, social adjustment and well-being by utilizing an online survey and acquiring a purposive sample of 379 participants both male and female. The methods and participants were descriptively defined and the statistical analyses were non-experimental and correlational in design. The results indicated a significant difference between males and females in well-being and social adjustment however, no significance was notable between males and females in resiliency.
