1 AOGA Conference EVENT SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES Your company is invited to become a sponsor and/or an exhibitor at the Alaska Oil & Gas Association (AOGA) Conference to be held in Anchorage, Alaska on May 31, AOGA is the professional trade association of the oil and gas industry whose mission is to foster the long-term viability of the oil and gas development in Alaska for the benefit of all Alaskans. Over 650 people are expected to attend the 2018 Conference which will feature top-tier speakers and industry awards. Your company will be provided exposure to oil and gas producers, explorers, refiners, and pipelines operating in Alaska. The following outlines how your company/organization can become a sponsor and/or exhibitor of AOGA s annual conference including the opportunity to become both and save $250. 4 Exhibitor Opportunities & Details Exhibitor Booth Options: Booth Space Premium Exhibitor - $1,750 - Select your premium exhibitor booth space at the conference (first come, first serve) - Two individual registrations to the conference - Recognition of your company in the conference program General Exhibitor - $1,250 - AOGA will select your exhibitor booth space at the conference. - Two individual registrations to the conference - Recognition of your company in the conference program Exhibitor Add-on Combo - $1,000 (Please select a sponsorship level) - AOGA will select your exhibitor booth space at the conference. - Two individual registrations to the conference - Recognition of your company in the conference program To ensure a high ratio of attendees to exhibitors, there are a limited number of booth spaces available. The exhibit area includes a 10 x 10 space, a draped 8 table with two chairs, and access to power supply. Set-up time will be on Wednesday, May 30 th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Take-down time will be on Thursday, May 31 st after 4:30 p.m. Booth attendants are included in meals and conference refreshments. Please provide AOGA all conference participants including booth attendants and volunteers. To ensure your attendants are permitted in the exhibit hall, please provide contact information to wilson@aoga.org. Courtesy reminders: Dena ina Center does not permit ice cream or perishable food items to be distributed to attendees. Please consult with AOGA prior to the conference for any specific food items you may want to provide. Candy is acceptable.
