The Medical Group Management Association of Mississippi is a state organization dedicated to serving the needs of practice administrators throughout the state of Mississippi. We offer unique opportunities to connect with practices from all over the state with over 250 members exclusively focused in medical practice administration. MGMA of Mississippi recognizes the value and importance of your marketing dollar. We have developed a variety of opportunities with you in mind from exhibiting or sponsoring at our conferences or sponsoring Outreach meetings, to our web sponsorships where members can link directly to your website from ours, to our electronic newsletter. 2

3 Being an Allied Member: Allied Member dues are $200 per year. These dues are for a 12-month period and renewals will be based on the month the membership began. Please visit our website at to review full list of member benefits and join as an allied member if you aren t already involved in this capacity. Make a statement by aligning your company with our organization. By becoming an Allied Member you also reap the unique benefits of networking access, industry news and information, and discounts on events. 4 ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES: Each quarter, we put together a newsletter full of articles from our board members and other sources and it to our medical practice professionals. The newsletters are archived on our website and are available for our members and guests to view online. Advertising space is included in the different levels of Corporate Sponsorship. In addition, we have Website Sponsorships available which will give members a link directly from our site to yours. 9 APPLICATION FOR SUMMER CONFERENCE EXHIBIT SPACE MEDICAL GROUP MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF MISSISSIPPI JULY GOLDEN NUGGET BILOXI 1. Thirty 8' x 10' booths are available. Each booth will be furnished with a draped table, electricity, two chairs, wastebasket and sign. 2. Several participation options are available for MGMA of Mississippi member and non-member exhibitors. Base fees for exhibit space include conference meals and attendance at educational sessions not restricted by reservations for two primary representatives. Additional representatives in your booth will cost $175 per person as listed on the reverse of this application. Meals include Thursday s breakfast, breaks, lunch, reception and Friday s breakfast and break, 3. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide door prizes, as time will be allotted for drawings. 4. Exhibits may be set up on Wednesday July 13. Exhibits must be removed by 5:00pm Friday, July 15. We ask that a representative remain in your booth at all times as our schedule is subject to change. 5. You do not have to be a member of MGMA of Mississippi to exhibit. However, there are separate booth fees for members and non-members. Membership in national MGMA or a local MGMA chapter does not qualify you as a state MGMA member. If you are not a member of MGMA of Mississippi, you may take advantage of the member rate if you submit an application and pay your dues prior to the conference. If you are unsure as to your membership status, please contact our office at (985) Booth locations will be assigned based on the level of sponsorship in the conference as well as the order applications are received with payment in the MGMA of Mississippi office. (Please see sponsorship form included.) Full payment is required with return of this completed application to reserve a booth. Cancellation after May 31, 2016 or failure to occupy space obligates the exhibitor to full payment and MGMA of Mississippi reserves the right to re-sell the booth space. 7.
