Meeting getting back on track doin Fantastic!!! Living It R Change or Die P The Journey Continues S H.A.R.T. R We have a new treasurer, Myra B. There has been no response from Joe, our old treasurer in the past month. Last week was our last attempt, his phone is now disconnected. We will begin reading the clarity statement at the beginning of the meeting. The facility is asking us to pay 3 months of back rent. ($60.00) No anniversaries next month. We need support since most attendance is from local halfway house. Spiritual Awakenings (ASC & SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS) ASC Chair ( K): The Admin committee spoke to many people who were at the Halloween dance when the fight happened. What we have concluded is that the Lit. Distributor did not start the fight nor did she throw the first punch. The only thing we found her to be at fault was the language she used in a area facility and meeting facility. The groups will vote today to reinstate her, continue investigation, or remove Lit. Dist. From position. ILS, K Secretary (B): Turning in receipts for a total of $21.71 for last month s printing and mailing. Im also asking for 70$ to cover expenses for this month s printing and mailing. ILS, B Activities (O): Activities last event went well it was thanksgiving. Had a great speaker. Next event will be the snow flake ball dinner starting at 7pm til? Advance tickets will be sold by activities members before event for 15$ and 20$ at the door. Unity is Jan 30 th all day event. Feb bowling night more to be revealed.
6 H& I (J ): H&I is going really well as a whole the only commitment that needs more support is the trinity hospital. The women have really stepped up for the jails and the men need to pick it up. Thank you, J Policy (EZ): RCM (D): Thank you for allowing me to serve as your rcm. It has been another amazing regional weekend. Tom from more keeping clean joined me. Ok, there is allot of great things to talk about. Saturday was area support and fellowship development - discussed some struggles some areas had. Area inventory link - also in the guide to local service. Car webinar December 10 am. See Dominick for more info Car - conference agenda report webinar December 14th at 7pm - South Florida region's regional weekend is December 18th in cocoa beach and they will be doing a car workshop that they asked me to be a part of. So I will be there serving all weekend. Please make sure every group is registered on na.org. You need to be registered to vote on car report. We discussed created 2 new workgroups. A shared services one to look into how to properly create a communication chain between regions in Florida - unanimous. The other one is to look into pros/cons of opening the open discussion on our fl regional website - voted down 18 to 7. We had round table discussions on how to be an effective rcm and wow we had great convos. I will be implementing the experiences shared in the coming months. Alternate treasurer stepped down for personal reasons so we need one & we need a pr coordinator. Also discussed when there is allot abstentions. We can ask why and see if we can help out in any way. Leap of faith campout put a 3yr moratorium on the event. Rivercoast is struggling in positions so if there is anyone that can help. Please do. The campout made a slight profit on the event which is really awesome since they lost 3k last year. Dec 5th Saturday wisdom fest. 12-6pm. 22nd & Busch. Their 30th anniversary. Many service workshops. Uncoast did an event where each home group had booth that sold things and raised allot of money. Some had dart boards. God box. Food. Drinks. And many other things for sale to raise money.
