2 Horn Development Association Community Interest Company Cardiff 202,844 The project will develop a volunteering programme with the aim of improving both the quantity and the quality of volunteering opportunities for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people within Cardiff. The grant, over three years, will fund two staff posts, staff & volunteer training, marketing, venue hire, running costs and overheads. Llanelli Women's Aid Limited Carmarthenshire 498,513 The project will deliver an innovative range of programmes for children and young people aged in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. It will support children, young people and families who have been affected by domestic abuse and/or sexual violence, deliver specific services to young people who are perpetrators of violence, provide mediation for families at crisis point and deliver an educational programme. The grant, over three years will fund salaries, project delivery costs and overheads.

3 JigSo Children's Centre Ceredigion 462,318 The project will expand activities at JigSo s Children s Centre in Cardigan and provide outreach services to a number of new communities in South Ceredigion, North Pembrokeshire and West Carmarthenshire. Activities will aim to improve skills and confidence of parents, carers and children and encourage healthier lifestyle choices, resulting in improved well-being and healthier, more resilient communities. This grant over five years will fund salaries and project delivery costs. Tre Cwm Community Association Limited Conwy 199,024 The project will improve the facilities on offer at the community centre, enabling the organisation to provide a range of new and increased activities including training opportunities in a commercial kitchen. In addition, the project will extend the capacity and opening hours of the diner at the facility. The grant, over three years, will fund salaries, project delivery costs, overheads and capital refurbishment costs.

4 Afan Valley Community Leisure Ltd Neath Port Talbot 344,761 The project will provide a swimming pool at Cymmer in the Upper Afan Valley for 5,000 people from Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend. Activities include swimming lessons, aerobics, mother and toddler group, inflatable fun, children's swimming, pool parties, rookie lifeguard sessions and competitive swimming. The five year grant will pay for two full time and three part time posts as well as some sessional workers and running costs. The Neath Port Talbot Council for Voluntary Service Ltd Neath Port Talbot 393,702 Working in partnership with Bridgend Association of Voluntary Organisations the project will address loneliness and isolation in Bridgend and Neath Port Talbot. It will be open to all, but prioritise older people over the age of 50. Befrienders will support beneficiaries, provide links and support to join external groups, set up clubs and to take up continued learning opportunities. The grant, over three years, will fund salaries, project running costs and overheads.

5 Growing Space Newport 234,832 The project will provide a programme of green space, environmental activities and personal development training to who have mental ill health with learning or associated disabilities and have a history of, or are considered at risk of engaging in offending behaviour. It will provide a supported pathway of recovery during the transition from the criminal justice system to community reintegration. The three year grant will pay for salaries, project delivery costs and overheads. Fishguard & Goodwick Young Persons Trust Pembrokeshire 447,000 The project will provide activities and services for young people to increase their employability, life skills and sense of belonging within the community. This will be achieved through volunteering and intergenerational skill swaps. The grant, over three years, will fund salaries, staff & volunteer training, expenses, monitoring & evaluation and overheads.

6 Powys Carers Services Ltd Powys 718,189 The project will benefit vulnerable older people living in Powys and will be delivered in partnership with Age Cymru Powys, Disability Powys, Powys Citizens Advice and Royal Voluntary Service. A range of methods will be used to build on individuals' personal strengths and build social networks, community links and peer support. The grant, over three years, will pay for salaries and project delivery costs. Cynon Taf Community Housing (2007) Ltd Rhondda Cynon Taff 244,887 The project will develop the current Money Matters project offering more focussed work with individuals to improve their emotional health and wellbeing by improving their financial awareness and improving their income. Money is for The grant, over three years, will fund two full time positions, training, expenses, marketing, evaluation and overheads.

7 Tylorstown Welfare Hall Limited Rhondda Cynon Taff 50,000 This project will renovate and restore an 83 year old Grade II Miners Hall in Tylorstown, Rhondda Cynon Taff, by installing a passenger lift, community café and training kitchen facilities. The changes will allow for a broader range of activities to be delivered to the local community, leading to improved wellbeing. The grant, over one year, will fund professional and legal fees. Swansea University Swansea 246,654 The project will promote co-production and provide children and adults in Wales with the skills, knowledge and experience to be able work together to make positive changes to their community. They will deliver community based research projects to increase the participation of children in community development and community action. The three year grant will pay for salaries, expenses for staff and volunteers, marketing and publicity, management and overhead costs.

8 Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent Torfaen 1,000,000 The project will build on the organisation's previous project by rolling out bespoke missing children s training to new service providers, providing an early intervention for children at risk of going missing. Additionally the project will develop a multi-agency approach to tackling the issues of child sexual exploitation, child trafficking and modern day slavery. The grant, over five years, will fund three full time posts, staff & volunteer training, monitoring & evaluation, expenses and overheads. Glamorgan Voluntary Services Vale of Glamorgan 259,202 The project will enable family carers of people with lifelong or life limiting conditions, in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, to participate in social networking, training, respite and selfdevelopment. The project will help to reduce social isolation and improve participants' support networks, improve their access to services, information and training and improve their health and wellbeing. The grant, over 3 years, will pay for the salaries, project delivery costs and overheads.

9 British Deaf Association Wales 389,185 The project will provide advocacy support and information to 370 deaf people aged 16 or over and living in South Wales. The project will help deaf people to feel less isolated, more confident and better informed. The project will also work with service providers, which will demonstrate improved awareness of deaf access support needs through implementation of improved practices and policies. The grant, over three years, will pay for salaries, project delivery costs and overheads. Carers UK Wales 249,831 The project will recruit and train 150 volunteers to bring people, communities and professionals together to better support carers across Wales using wider engagement within communities to utilise skills, knowledge and networks to address caring. This will build increased resilience in order to prevent carer breakdown and isolation. The three year grant will fund salaries, management and HR costs, project running costs and marketing costs.

10 Stroke Association Wales 498,040 The project will develop support services for stroke survivors in communities across Wales, enabling them to integrate in existing services, participate in activities they enjoy within their community, benefit from stroke-specific peer support and have a voice through volunteering, influencing and campaigning.
