Pubic region, thigh and adjoining part for matted hair, seminal stain, blood, loose foreign hair, injuries: ii. Penis: development, any defect, deformity, length and Girth of penis in flaccid and erect condition. Glans penis and frenulum, whether foreskin can be freely rolled up or is circumscised: any injury on the frenulum or elsewhere on the organ, evidence of any disease e.g. STD. presence of smegma under the foreskin, hair under prepuce, any stains near by. iii. Scrotum and testes Development, enlargement, both testes descended or not, any disease, injury:
4 iv. Vas deference, epididymis and prostate: (any disease, injury) v. An injury on the genital: vi. Any injury any where on the body: c. Laboratory examination: i. Urethral swabs and smears: taken and preserved for examination in FSL (for detection of semen, spermatozoa, gonococci etc) ii. Loose foreign pubic hair or fiber of clothing, if present on the body or under the clothing of accused, collected for corroboration and connection of the crime with criminal. iii. Stains of semen, blood, mud, grass etc on body. iv. Penile washings examined for vaginal epithelia: v. Discharge per urethra: (for STD) Loose pubic hairs vi. Nail scrapings vii. Swabs buccal mucosa for saliva viii. Penile swabs ix. Urethral swab for venereal disease x. Blood for grouping xi. Blood for serology xii. X-ray for age estimation (if needed) Opinion: Taking into consideration the history of the case, the data on clinical examination and the report of FSL (all being considered together) I am of the opinion that (i, ii or iii as the case may be) i. No definite opinion can be given as to whether the alleged accused in the case under reference (Name.) had performed any recent sexual intercourse in the ordinary way and there is nothing to suspect about his potency (when the subject is potent and
5 ii. iii. the penile washings do not show any vaginal epithelium) The possibility of performance of sexual intercourse, ie, of vaginal penetration by the male sex organ of the subject under reference cannot be excluded (when the subject is potent and his penile washings show vaginal epithelium) The subject (Name) in the case under reference is incapable of performing sexual intercourse in the ordinary way ( if he is impotent, as found out on clinical examination) Station: Signature.
