Goods can be posted or couriered anywhere in S.A. Our own brand goes under the label HEALTHWIZE. Our products are of the highest quality and we obtain them from a leading ISO certified supplier who has an excellent reputation in the industry. Furthermore, we as a family use all of our own products and only sell products that we believe in. In line with our philosophy of simplicity and a responsibility to do our bit in reducing the waste that is burdening our planet, all our products are simply and minimally packaged. The minimalist approach results in savings for the consumer and the environment - a win-win for all! We encourage you to reduce, re-use, recycle. Most products are supplied in zip-lock bags. Simply order a container once-off and then buy a re-fill to top up your existing container. Note that insurance only covers for loss, not damages. We pack our parcels so that they can withstand fairly intensive handling but we cannot guarantee or offer replacements for products damaged as a result of outright negligence by post office workers. The good news is that we have not experienced any problems of any nature, and as such, we feel that this service is both reliable and safe.
