6 Lightel project who? 24 elderly with dementia or mobility issues in public care homes

7 Lightel project how? Individually adjusted LED lighting in 24 homes Increased blue spectral light in the daytime, increased red spectral light in the evening and night time

Development and test of photonics based ecosystem with IOT sensors & wearables; realtime data analytics; individually adjusted biological impactful lighting; telepresence & telemonitoring with GP s, hospitals and municipal health services possible connection to various e-health solutions

12 The virtual coach Monitoring of realtime data responding to elderly conditions: e.g. Circadian rhythm Sleep patterns / medicine use Behaviour, mobility & function Dehydratio Inflammation-immune defence) Collection of data in a simple user interface with warnings or gamification to focus on certain conditions, empowering the staff and citizens to respond and alter
