12 Meet the team Diana Heinrichs, Co-Founder & CEO Microsoft I St Gallen MBA I University of Bonn, Oxford & Florence, PR expert Helmut Pitters, Co-Founder & Data Scientist PhD Statistics (Oxford) I Vis. Assistant Prof. at UC Berkeley now at TU Dresden Helmut is in charge of Lindera s algorithms. Through the work on his PhD thesis he is a quantitative mind with excellent knowledge in stochastics/statistics. Diana has been working on social inclusion since the age of 14. In high school she started as a local editor to drive civil participation and continued to do so till today. As a PR and business development manager at Microsoft (6y) she outlined and realized the company s sales concept for the #futureofwork given Germany s aging population to grow the Office 365 business. She is a graduate of Bonn and Florence University, and St Gallen (MBA). At the University of Oxford she honed her skills in linguistics.
