2 IF you ve been working out regularly and watching what you eat like a hawk, but STILL can t seem to get rid of stubborn belly fat, there may be a cause hidden below the surface that has nothing to do with diet OR exercise. So, we re going to let you in on the secret! Alright, here it is The reason stubborn body fat is extremely difficult to get rid of is because it s influenced heavily by your hormones. Don t get me wrong your body fat isn t the only area that s controlled by your hormones, but it does happen to be the most sensitive according to scientific studies.

3 So what does this mean to you? It means that your daydreaming of finally making time to change your daily routines to include exercise and a better diet may not be the answer. Here s one hormone in particular, that most people don t even know about or consider when it comes to body fat causes The cortisol hormone Cortisol is your stress hormone. It s a very important hormone which was vital for survival of the caveman. Snicker if you must, but let me explain. Whenever your body experiences any type of duress/stress (whether it be mental or physical) your body secretes the cortisol hormone, which then initiates a waterfall of other physiological responses necessary for your body to keep functioning properly. You can look at it like an emergency backup generator. If the main source of power goes out in your neighborhood from some random reason, the emergency backup generator kicks in to give you electricity until the issue is fixed. However the emergency backup generator isn t meant to provide power for the long term as it s just a backup safety net. That s a lot like your cortisol hormone. Cortisol turns off many of the normal physiological mechanisms and turns on many temporary physiological mechanisms (the operative word being temporary ).

4 In a normal situation (as in how cavemen were designed to do back in the hunting/gathering era), cortisol production only lasts for a short period of time (ex. Fight or flight moments of danger etc.) and afterwards, all metabolic functions go back to normal. But this is where things have gone terribly wrong for today s man because with the increasingly routine daily stress of the modern era, what use to be quick and temporary bursts of stresses causing your body to secrete cortisol have turned into longer running terms of stress/cortisol production. When you re body experiences constant stress, it continuously secretes cortisol which is when cortisol becomes counterproductive to your body. And depending on how long and how much cortisol you have circulating in your body, it can seriously compromise your health and alter your metabolic process causing you to gain stubborn unrelenting body fat! Researchers at Yale University found in a study slender women who had high cortisol also had more abdominal and overall body fat. Similar studies have been replicated for both men and women with matching results.

5 So what does all this mean and where does blue s fat freezing technology come into play?
