In a unique combination of cardio, resistance and core movements of 30 seconds each ( 3 resistance moves/2 cardio moves/ 1 core move) one performs them 3X - that is equal to 1 circuit. There are 3 circuits done in addition to a warm-up, stretch and cooldown. A quick and fun workout to be had by all! HIIT High-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Sweat!!! This body conditioning class focuses on high repetitions to bring the heart rate up, while toning the whole body. Non-Choreographed simple intense moves are taught using various pieces of equipment including gliders, bosu, step, weights and much more. Join us for this easy to follow amazing all around cardio workout guaranteed to make you SWEAT!!! TCX TCX is an intense athletic workout combining full body resistance training with continuous cardio training using a variety of equipment (eg. steps, weights, bands, gliding discs, etc). A complete body workout. CORE CONDIITONING PLUS 60 minutes packed with core based exercises. Improve your overall balance, strength and flexibility. Challenge yourself with using, core fusion balls, bands, a bosu and lightweights with your core being the main focus. Finish up with some mat work and stretching.

2 POWER TONING This intense toning and shaping class is good for everyone. One hour of toning with bands, bars, tubes and weights will firm your muscles while the continuous flow of exercises will keep your hear rate up way up!!! Ultimate Conditioning - A high intensity Metabolic Conditioning class that is boot camp on steroids. Steel shreds fat, improves both mental and physical strength, as well improved cardiovascular conditioning and functional flexibility thought a series of functional high intensity circuits. No fluff...just results the will leave you with a body in the Ultimate Condition... Bosu Blast Experience a full body workout in this class that offers a dynamic combination of cardio and balance exercises; train on the BOSU and condition your core as you Use Both Sides! Level One LeBARRE Is an introduction to LeBarre. This class moves at a slower pace for the beginner focusing on form and becoming aquatinted with the Equalizer. LeBarre The LeBarre format incorporates Balance, Agility, Resistance, working Recovery and Eloquence into a challenging full body workout that is both fun and effective. Senior Strength & Core Designed for older adults and seniors. The class focus is to increase strength and bone density. Hand weights, body bars and tubing will be used. The Core component of this class will help to improve balance & posture while strengthening the abdominal and back muscles.

3 TAI CHI Study Tai Chi, the ancient Chinese discipline the will integrate mind, body and spirit. Classes provide education regarding this ancient art and offer exercises to improve balance, reduce stress, and improve whole body coordination; perhaps most importantly, participants will learn how to age with independence and dignity. A nominal fee is required for this 8-week block session. Powertoning Intervals...a total body, heart pumping, strength conditioning workout that alternates between challenging, high intensity exercises and short periods of rest. This is an efficient, effective way to torch calories, tone your muscles, and strengthen your heart! TABATA/CORE Tabata/Core is a full body workout based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) timing protocols to maximize results in minimal time. Participants will use their body weight, resistance bands, gliders, the bender ball and/or BOSU ball throughout class. The workout focuses on quality, not quantity, and the structured timing intervals help burn more calories not only during your workout but the benefits continue even after the workout is over. Exercises are tiered so that they can meet individuals of all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. CARDIO KICKBOXING This action packed class combines a series of punching and kicking combinations challenging your strength and endurance. Core training is incorporated throughout the workout. This class is for all fitness levels.

4 INSANITY Intervals of strength and cardio exercises incorporating tabatas, supersets, and total body conditioning movements. Booty Camp Booty Camp is a high intensity workout that focuses on lower core, quads, hamstrings and most importantly glutes! Prepare to sweat and tone! PVC POWER, VELOCITY AND CONDITIONING This high impact class will use the core as a stabilizer allowing he body to move with POWER and VELOCITY using weights for CONDITIONING. Class will consist of squats, polymeric and power moves. Athletic Step Plus This is similar to a traditional step class, yet there is more focus on simplifying the movements to enhance the athletic training component. The choreography will be less intricate, therefore allowing you to perform basic movements with more power, depth and height to use the step as a "training tool" to a fitter you! The "PLUS" component allows the instructor to liven-up the class with additional training strategies, such as light weights, tabata, HIIT, hi/lo aerobics, etc. Be ready for something different each week! Zumba A Latin inspired dance fitness class! Want to shake things up a bit and add some fun into your fitness routine? Then... "Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!" You'll have a blast getting fit while dancing to the popular Latin rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and Zumba Gold A wonderful dance fitness class that takes all of the fun of a Zumba Fitness Class set to Latin and global music rhythms and specifically caters to those looking for a lower impact, joint friendly class. This

5 class is open to anyone but is perfect for beginners, seniors, folks just starting their fitness programming, and even those recovering from injury who may not yet be ready for a full on Zumba Fitness class. Zumba Gold Toning This class takes Zumba Gold to the next level by adding hand held weights to the class!
