REMINDER: Only ONE excused absence is allowed each month if needed. More than this will lead to the performer being replaced for the performances by an understudy or being removed from their role. If the performer does miss a rehearsal, the performer is responsible for learning the missed choreography BEFORE they attend the next scheduled rehearsal NOT from the choreographer, but from another performer(for dancers 11 and up). Performers are strongly encouraged to attend all rehearsals!!! Dancers will be given short lunch/dinner/snack breaks during most long rehearsals. Please bring food and a water bottle to rehearsals (especially those students who have multiple classes and/or rehearsals on one day/night). Do not count on time to leave the building to get food. Again, please bring these items with you to class/rehearsals. Please remember that food and drinks (with the exception of sealed water bottles) are only allowed in the dressing room and lobby area. No food is allowed in the studios. TICKET INFORMATION For tickets to the Dance Repertory Company s production of The Nutcracker order online at or call Tickets are now on sale and are $12 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens. Public shows are: Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 6:30 pm (abbreviated performance for younger children), Thursday, Nov. 29 at 6:30 pm, Friday, Nov. 30 at 6:30 pm, Saturday, Dec. 1 at 6:30 pm, and Sunday, Dec. 2 at 3 pm at Saint Mary s University Page Theatre. SMU Page Theatre/Performance Center Policy: The Page Theatre will admit children ages 3 and up to attend family events. The Nutcracker is considered a family event. At this time the Page Theatre/SMU Performance Center facilities and programs are not equipped to serve the needs of infants or toddlers. This policy is in place for the respect of your fellow audience members and the performing artists. The Nov. 29, 6:30pm matinee performance will only be 1 hour and is geared towards younger children.
