He has degrees in pharmacy and dentistry and a national certification in cholesterol management. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, International Atherosclerosis Society, National Lipid Association, American Pharmacist Association, and the American Heart Association. Dr. Lichon was in private practice and the past director of the Cholesterol Clinic at the VA Hospital. He
