Look to gain the confidence to enter an obstacle race this is the training for you. Bar Blast This class works the whole body to the max by using a barbell to tone and shape. Synergy 360 A small circuit programme designed by True Fitness, which provides non-stop interval training to hit your fitness goals in just 30 minutes. Box Fit Cardiovascular workout based on the training used for boxing, skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts all focusing on fitness and toning. Fitball A core workout using a stability ball to improve your all over body tone and core strength through a range of stability and balance exercises. Group Exercise by Les Mills The original Barbell class that tones shapes and strengthens the whole body. This 60/45/30 minute addictive workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Boxercise/Bootcamp High intensity workout based on boxing training techniques and movements.
