Wake up to the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoy your days off sunning it up on a beach! pay - Self-employed therapist average earnings in 2018 were more than per day. Top earning self-employed therapists earn per month. - Employed therapists earn 1, per month (take home) plus performance related bonus and tips. 4 role information Looking for hard working therapists that are reliable, honest and put in maximum effort to get maximum results. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Sales and target driven. If you have gaps in your treatment schedule you are expected to speak with potential customers to fill the voids. Season starts 1st May until 31st October. Working hours are usually This is dependent on the hotel, demand and time of year. 5 days per week, flexibility with days off. Operating outside in a visual area, poolside under a branded gazebo. Working at different hotel locations offering job variety. Training provided. You will need to complete online training before arriving in Ibiza. Onsite training is provided once you have arrived.

5 contractual options There are 2 x different options available to how therapists work with us. Self-employed Therapist Self-employed therapists have the ability to earn more money than employed. The harder you work the more money you make! Retain 40% from your treatment total and 10% commission on product sales. All products, equipment and working venue supplied by Massage Beach Ibiza. Target earnings are 250 per day, this equates to 100 per day for you. There is margin to make more. Top earning therapists from 2018 were taking home 3000 plus per month. Flexibility request days off to suit you. Employed Therapist 1, net salary per month (1, gross) This equates to approximately 8 per hour. Performance related bonus for therapists that exceed targets. The bonus is cumulated monthly. 5 days per week with ability to request your days off. 2 days holiday allowance per month worked. *Please note that the information on this page is for guideline purposes only. Rotas run from Saturday to Friday weekly. therapist admin area Online personal admin area for every therapist. 24/7 access to training material, financial information, performance statistics, schedule and more.

9 Certificate of excellence Integral to the success of Massage Beach are the skills, expertise and knowledge of our therapists. Successful applicants will enroll on the free* Massage Beach training program and will obtain a Certificate of Excellence upon successful completion. Training to gain the Certificate of Excellence will involve home study and online assessments. Practical training and assessments will take place in Ibiza. *Therapists that do not complete the full season are liable to pay for training.

10 Accommodation Short-term accommodation in Ibiza is very competitive and properties go fast! The earlier you act the better! Average cost is 325 to 450 per month for a shared room, per month for your own room. We have a selection of letting agents we recommend and can forward to you. We can put you in contact with other therapists who are looking for accommodation. We recommend that you live in San Antonio, Playa Den Bossa, Ibiza Town or surrounding areas unless you have access to your own vehicle. Although we offer assistance, we do not take responsibility for finding your accommodation.
