6 Cash Grant Support for IGA Beneficiary selection through social ranking for IGA Grant families. Prepared 1334 proposal for IGA activities. Opening Bank Account for IGA Grant distribution families. Distributed of 1 st instalment IGA Grant (BDT 10,000 each HH) among 1334 families. Monitoring of 1st installment IGA Grant (BDT 10,000 each HH) of 3134 families Distribution of 2 nd instalment IGA Cash Grant (BDT 5,000 each HH) among 1332 families. Monitoring of 2 nd installment IGA Grant (BDT 5,000 each HH) of 1332 families.

10 Homestead Gardening Homestead Gardening Training Provided to 2252 HH Distributed nine kinds of seeds for homestead gardening to 2252 HH. Distributed nine kinds of saplings for homestead gardening to 2252 HH.

11 Farm / Food Security Agriculture training provided to 24 community activists. Machine Mechanics / Irrigation Pump training provided to 16 community activists. Veterinary Management training provided to 16 community activists.

12 Skill Training Handicrafts training provided to 223 Women. Tailoring training provided to 55 Women and distributed 55 sewing machine to them. Training provided to 32 youths on Computer certificate course (3 month).

13 Women Empowerment Provided training to 24 Women Activists on Women Leadership and Gender. Organised 16 Expert Lecture on Women Empowerment & Leadership and more then 300 participant attended in each. Organised 16 Cultural Program / Drama on social problems like dowry, early marriage, gender etc. 390 Courtyard sessions conducted on social problems like dowry, early marriage, women rights, gender issue etc.
